1. Offer 1: Receive benefits worth Rs.10,000* on select individual products.

1. Each client is entitled to redeem any of the offers listed as "Offer 2", "Offer 3", "Offer 4" and "Offer 5" in annexure 2.1 up to twice within a 30-day period and once per individual order. The 30 day period is calculated from the date of the client's latest purchase.
2. Any purchases that count towards "Offer 1", "Offer 6" & "Offer 7" in annexure 2.1 do not count towards "Offer 2", "Offer 3", "Offer 4" and "Offer 5" in the same annexure. The maximum number of times this offer can be redeemed per month at this point is five times.
3. The offer code(s) will be sent to the client via email after 72 hours of the order being delivered i.e. after the return window has been closed.
4. In the event of any claim pertaining to DOA, Faulty Product, etc, the offer shall be withheld until the replacement product is successfully delivered to the client and 72 Hours post the final delivery of the replacement product has passed.
5. Return / Replacement / Refund: In the event the benefits / code has been redeemed, the order cannot be returned, replaced or refunded in any manner. This stipulation supersedes any terms & conditions mentioned in the refund, replacement & return policy.
