Only the gateway charges are deducted incase of cancellation by the client incase we cancel the order a full refund is processed.

Usuall refunds are processed within 24-48hrs it takes 5-7 business days to reflect in your bank.

Are shipping charges refunded when an order is canceled?

We offer free shipping across the range.

In such cases our support team informs you before cancelling the order and a full refund is processed.

We usually offer replacements for damaged/defective goods incase the product isn't available we cancel the order and provide a full refund.

How does EliteHubs handle cancellations for orders paid via cash on delivery (COD)?

Incase a cash on delivery order is cancelled after the payment we provide a refund via bank transfer to the customer.

Can I cancel an order if the product's price drops after I've placed it?

You can contact our support team to match the price incase it isn't possible you can cancel the order if it's within the cancellation period.

Unfortunatley shipping delay's are beyond our control we strive to try our best to resolve such issues incase the arise but cancellation isn't possible once the product is dispatched.

Incase your order isn't dispatched within 7 business days without you being informed about the delay you are eligible for a full refund.

Can I cancel an order for a product that is not in its original packaging?

Yes you can, provdied an uncut unboxing video has been submited for the same.

If it's within our cancellation period we cancel the order and process the refund after the gateway charges are deducted.

There isn't a seperate process you can email us or contact our support through our channels and get the order cancelled.

In such cases the courier charges for the special delivery will be borne by the client.
