Yes, We do ship across all the locations in India.

What is the estimated delivery time for standard shipping?

Depending on your location the usal Estimated delivery time is around 3-4 business days once dispatched.

Do you offer expedited shipping options?

Yes we do offer expedited shipping. For that you can connect with our team before placing the order and will do the needful

How can I track my order?

We send an email as well as an sms with the tracking link also you can check the my orders section to track your orders.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes it can be done but only before the parcel has been dispatched from our facility.

What happens if my order gets lost in transit?

Incase the parcel is lost in transit you need not worry Elitehubs got you covered as we take full responsibility of the products till it reaches you safely so we will be shipping out a brand new one incase such an unfortunate event occurs.

Do you provide shipping insurance?

Yes we do provide shipping inssuarance.

Can I schedule a specific delivery date?

Yes it's possible you can get in touch with our team before placing an order so the timeline is fulfilled.

Do you offer same-day delivery in certain areas?

Yes we do offer same day deliveres in Mumbai as well as few metro cities like Delhi,Chennai & Bangalore depending on the stock availbilty in the respective wearhouses.

What happens if I'm not home during the delivery?

Incase you're not at home during the time of the delivery the courier agent will call you and automatically reschedule an delivery for the next working day.

Do you provide a delivery guarantee?

We don't have a delivery gaurantee but we try our best to get the goods delivered at the earliest majority of our parcels are delivered within 2-3 business days in most metro cities

Is there an option for in-store pickup?

Yes we do have an in-store pickup option.

Do you ship on weekends and holidays?

Unfortunatley shipping on weekends and holiday's aren't possible due to unavailabiilty of courier partners.

What courier services do you use for shipping?

We use a variety of courier services like Bluedart,Delhivery,Xpressbees,Ecom Xpress,Ekart Logistics,Iway,Oxford & Many more.

Can I choose my preferred courier service?

Yes you can mention the same in our notes section or connect with our support team and we'll do the needful.

Are there any shipping restrictions on certain products?

There's no shipping restrictions on any products

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunatley currently we don't offer international shipping.

Can I change the shipping method after placing an order?

Yes you can connect with our support team it can only be done before the parcel leaves our facility.

Is signature confirmation required for delivery?

Yes it's required by most couriers

What packaging materials do you use to protect products during shipping?

We use buble wraps foams as well as hard cardboard boxes depending on the nature of the products to protect it well so there are no intransit damages.

Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging options?

Yes we do you can mention the same in the notes section or connect with our support team and we'll do the needful

Can I ship items to multiple addresses in one order?

Unfortunatley that isn't possible currently

What is your policy for reshipping orders with incorrect addresses?

Incase we are at fault the client bears no extra cost and is shipped again from our wearhouse in case the client is at fault twice shipping charges have to be borne by him/her and we reship the products from our wearhouse.

Can I cancel my order before it ships?

Yes you have 24hrs to cancel the order from the time of placement.

Do you offer shipping discounts for bulk orders?

We offer free shipping so there isn't any bulk discounts on shipping.

How do you handle backorders or out-of-stock items?

Incase a product is out of stock we try to source it and incase it isn't available with the brands we inform the same to the client and offer them an alternative or a full refund whichever option is favourable for them.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?

Kindly make an uncut unboxing video before opening the products and share the video with us via Mail or Whatsapp and we will look into the case and get the issue resolved.

Is there a return shipping fee for damaged or defective items?

There isn't any return shipping fee for damaged or defective items if it is as per our T&C.

Do you offer any rewards or discounts for frequent customers?

We do have occasional sales and offers running on our websites and our prices are always competitive

What is the process for returning a product due to dissatisfaction?

Unfortunatley in this case we don't offer any returns currently

Can I exchange a product for a different one?

Unfortunatley we don't have an exchange policy.

What is your policy on restocking fees?

A restocking fees is usally charged in rare cases once the return of a sealed product is approved and it's 5% of the total product value.

Are there any specific requirements for returning opened or used products?

Unfortunatley we don't accept opened or used products that are working perfectly fine and have no defects.

Do you accept returns for software or digital products?

Digital products are non returnable.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Unfortunatley in this case we don't offer any returns currently

Do you provide a prepaid return shipping label for returns?

Yes incase your product qualifies for a return we only provide prepaid labels you don't have to pay anything to the pickup agent.

What is your policy on return eligibility for promotional or discounted items?

Kindly refer to our T&C incase you have any queries feel free to reach out to our support team.

Can I return a gift that was purchased from your website?

Unfortunatley we don't accept returns only replacements are possible incase the product is damage defective or Dead on arrival and the same has reported to us within 72hrs of reciving the product.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee on your products?

We strive our best to provide the utmost level of stasifaction to our customer.

Can I refuse delivery of a package?

Incase it's a cash on delivery order you can refuse delivery of the pacakage for prepaid orders once the product has been dispatched the product isn't eligble for cancellations

What happens if my package is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances?

These are really rare occurences but incase if such an event takes place we try our best to get it resolved and we take full resposiblity for it.

Unfortunatley once the product is shipped from our wearhouse we cannot redirect it to another location.

We offer free shipping across the range so there are no subscription services for the same

Can I get a refund for shipping charges if I return a product?

We don't have a return policy currently only replacements are possible in case the product received is damaged defective or dead on arrivial and the same is reported within 72hrs of receiveing it.

How do you handle shipping during peak holiday seasons?

We try to ship out the parcels as soon as possible before the actual fesivities/holidays start so our clients can get their products on time.

Do you offer any shipping guarantees during peak seasons?

Unfortunatley providing shipping guarantees in peak seasons isn't possible since the couriers are under teremendous load which leads to dealy in rare cases.

Are there any additional charges for shipping to remote or rural areas?

No currently we aren't charging any additional shipping to remote or rural areas but kindly check the pincode service with our support team.

How do you handle shipping delays caused by weather or natural disasters?

In such events we take timely updates from the couriers and convey the same to our customers and try to expedite the delviery as soon as the situtiaon is neutralized.

Can I request a shipping hold for my order?

Can I return a product purchased during a promotional sale?

Products purchased during promotional period aren't returnable only replacements are possible as per our terms & conditions

How do you handle shipping for oversized or heavy items?

Our logistics team has a special provison which ensures eveny heavy items and oversized products reach our clients in proper condition and within a proper time frame as discussed.

Products containing Lithium-ion Batteries are shipped as per the guideliness provided by our courirer partners.

How do you handle shipments to P.O. boxes?

We currently do not deliver to P.O Boxes

Can I pick up my order from your physical store?

Yes you can place an order on the website and request a store pickup or you can directly visit our store and purchase the product you want.

We delivery to college campuses our courier partner usually calls the clients before delivery to schudle a delivery as per their avaialbility.

Can I use a freight forwarding service for international orders?

Yes you can use a freight forwarding service at your own cost and risk you can connect with our support to execute such an order

Can I change the delivery address after the order has been shipped?

Unfortunatley once the product is shipped from our wearhouse we cannot redirect it to another location.

Can I request a copy of the shipping invoice with my order?

We provide a physical copy of the tax invoice in the package itself of every orders

Kindly share your pincode and address with our support team once before placing the order onece we get a confirmation by the courier company you can get a hassel free delivery to your doorstep.

Can I schedule a delivery for a specific time of day?

How do you handle shipping for high-value items?

We rely on the top courier companys in the country so there isn't an hassel even shipping out high value items and we also ensure that the packging done is top notch to mitigate any transit damage risks.

Can I return a product that has been personalized or customized?

Unfortunatley customized or personalized products aren't eligible for return as it's made as per your requests.

What is your policy on shipping for warranty replacements?

Product warranty are provided by the manufactures kindly read their respective brand policy

Can I return a product if it doesn't fit my computer system?

Unfortunatley no in this case we don't offer returns but you can always avail our techincal support before you make a purchase to ensure such an event doesn't occurs.

Currently we are working towards it to be more susitanable we already ensure there is a zero wastage of packaging material even the scraps of bublewraps are not thrown away but used as fillers inside boxes.

We ensure by packaging the products well based on the nature of the goods and also mark the packages as frigle by sticking those stickers on it.

We at Elitehubs take full responsibilty that your products reachs you safely without any damages or transit loss. Hence Most of the shipments that we shipout from our facilities across the range are inssuared so you need not worry regarding the same.

We at Elitehubs don't deal in refurbished or second hand products we only deal in brand new sealed products.
