This 860 EVO 500GB comes in the 2.5-inch form factor and has intelligent turbo write with sequential reads up to 550 MB/S (or 98K IOPS) and sequential write speeds up to 520 MB/S(or 90K IOPS) and the turbo write buffer size has been increased to 22GB for faster file transfer. It uses smart compatibility to ensure faster and more fluid communications. The refined ECC( Error Correction Code) algorithm and a new MJX controller generates higher speeds. 

This samsung ssd comes with the Samsung Magician software and has a simple and easy-to-use interface that can be used to monitor the health and performance of the SSD. The Samsung Magician software can also be used to update firmware and perform performance benchmarks to check sequential read and write speeds.
