Description
Feature of ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming-ITX/TB3
Go smaller without sacrificing performance, thanks to the ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming-ITX/TB3 AM4 Mini-ITX Motherboard from ASRock. Utilizing the AMD X570 chipset, this Mini-ITX motherboard is compatible with AMD CPUs using the AM4 socket. Up to 64GB of RAM can be installed across two sockets, with speeds up to 4533 MHz supported when overclocking. Connect storage drives using an M.2 or two SATA III connectors, or install a GPU using the PCIe 4.0 x16 slot. An M.2 E-Key slot is also present, coming with a preinstalled wireless adapter card facilitating Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth connectivity.
The rear I/O panel sports a Thunderbolt 3 port, as well as two USB 3.2 Gen 2 and two Gen 1 Type-A ports. A single PS/2 combo port can also be used to connect a legacy mouse or keyboard. Connect a display using the DisplayPort 1.4 or HDMI ports. An RJ45 port supports Gigabit Ethernet, while two wifi-antenna connectors are also present. In addition to a clear CMOS button, this rear panel also sports a S/PDIF port and five 3.5mm audio jacks.
The X570 Phantom Gaming-ITX/TB3’s internal headers include a USB 3.2 Gen 1 and USB 2.0 header, each supporting two Type-A ports. Connect chassis fans or pumps using a 4-pin connector, or use another 4-pin connector to install a CPU fan or liquid cooler. Users can also choose between an RGB and ARGB header to control lighting effects. Front panel audio and TPM headers are also present. Audio on this motherboard is handled by the Realtek ALC1220 audio codec, which supports 7.1 Surround Sound. The ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming-ITX/TB3 AM4 Mini-ITX Motherboard is compatible with Windows 10 64-bit operating systems.
AMD X570 Chipset
This motherboard uses the AMD X570 chipset, which is compatible with the AMD 2000- and 3000-Series CPUs using the AM4 socket, including Matisse, Pinnacle Ridge, and Picasso processors.
10 Power Phase Design
The 10 power phase design ensures smooth power delivery to the CPU, while also providing optimized performance for overclocking and gaming.
Thunderbolt 3
Thunderbolt 3 is a hardware interface that utilizes the reversible USB Type-C connector. Doubling the speed of its predecessor, Thunderbolt 3 features a maximum throughput of 40 Gb/s when used with compatible devices. The connector also transmits data via USB 3.1 at up to 10 Gb/s, and dual-bandwidth DisplayPort 1.2 allows you to connect up to two 4K displays simultaneously. Additionally, you can daisy chain up to six devices from a single Thunderbolt 3 port.
Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0 Connectivity
Take advantage of wireless internet speeds up to 2.4 Gb/s as well as dual-band support, thanks to Wi-Fi 6. Users can also connect wireless peripherals using Bluetooth 5.0.
ECC Memory Support
ECC or error-correcting code is a method of detecting and correcting single-bit memory errors. This motherboard is capable of supporting DDR4 ECC un-buffered memory modules, delivering server-grade performance and durability for high-end computing systems, such as scientific or financial computers.
PCIe Steel Slot
The PCIe Steel Slot ensures compatibility with heavy graphics cards that might otherwise strain the motherboard.
Flexible Integrated I/O Shield
Greater tolerance space allows this flexible, integrated I/O shield to be adjusted during installation, ensuring an ideal fit with no mechanical hiccups.
Polychrome RGB
Thanks to onboard RGB headers and an addressable RGB header, you can connect compatible LED devices such as strips, CPU fans and coolers, chassis fans, and so on. Users may also synchronize RGB LED device to create their own unique lighting effects.
60A Power Choke
The ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming-ITX/TB3 uses a 60A power choke to triple the saturation current, optimizing Vcore voltage to the motherboard.
Dr. MOS
Dr. MOS monitors current and temperature for each phase, deliverying smoother power to the CPU.
