Can we customize the PC in terms of changing the products?

Yes, your SharkX PC can be customized with a different CPU, GPU, RAM, or other components based on your preference. However, the CPU Cooler and PSU cannot be changed as they are already included as part of the SharkX PC Case. Our team specializes in building PCs according to the customer’s usage, so if you tell us what games and applications you will be running on the PC, it can be customized to give you the maximum value and performance for what you’ll personally be doing on the PC.

What is the warranty on the SharkX PC?

PCs built from EliteHubs have different warranty periods based on the individual components. For example, CPUs and GPUs typically carry a 3-year warranty, while SSDs can offer a 5-year warranty. For a full breakdown of how long will the warranty last for individual components of your PC build, ask your EliteHubs configuration specialist while deciding the SharkX PC build of your dreams!

Can I watch my PC being built live?

Yes, the PC will be assembled live in front of you by our team of technical experts with each part being carefully inspected as the system is being built for potential faults. The system is built with absolute perfection in mind.

How long does it take from the time I place my order to receive the PC?

The PC will take three to seven days to be delivered to your doorstep after placing the order. Keep in mind that after your system is assembled, it is rigorously stress tested. The computer’s stability as well as performance metrics, are all properly verified before the dispatch process begins.
