If you are planning on building a new gaming PC, then 60000 INR is a very healthy price point. The reason we are calling it healthy is because it’s a price point that’s affordable to most people out there and it also allows you to have a dedicated graphics card instead of having to settle for an integrated GPU.
Now, when it comes to having the best gaming PC under 60000 in 2024, the question regarding which type of games will be played on that PC arises. This is because in this budget, you can go for a configuration that fares better in graphic-intensive games, or one that does better in processor-intensive games.
If you are someone who enjoys playing CPU-intensive eSports titles, then you should focus on getting a more powerful processor than the graphic card, and vice-versa if you are a fan of AAA games and casual gaming.
Here, we will go over a total of three different gaming PC builds under 60K INR. In terms of the gaming experience, the first two will be more suited for processor-intensive games, like competitive and eSports titles. Whereas, the third PC build is better suited for playing graphic-intensive games, like the recent AAA releases.
But all three of these gaming PCs will be an overall good choice in this price range, it’s just that one will be better than the other in certain types of games. Anyway, without any further ado, let’s get into the details of the three best gaming PC builds under 60000 INR in 2024.

Motherboard: Asus Prime H610M-CS DDR5 is the motherboard of this build, and the reasons for choosing this are Asus’ reliability, DDR5 memory support, and a decent set of features and specifications for the price.
RAM: For RAM, we are going with the Corsair Vengeance DDR5 16GB (16GB x 1) 5200MHz RAM kit, as this is a mid-range gaming PC build, and for such gaming PC builds 16GB of RAM is sufficient.
Graphics Card: For the graphic card, we have the Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1650 D6 OC 4GB. Just like any other GTX 1650 out there, this card is also great as long as you are playing in 1080p. However, for the more graphics-intensive games, you will have to turn down the settings a few notches.
Cooler: For this build, we are using the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Spectrum V3 air cooler, which offers decent cooling performance and also has RGB lighting. This cooler is sufficient for the i5 13400F.
Storage: When it comes to storage, we recommend a 480GB Western Digital Green SATA SDD, and this is more than enough for most mainstream gamers both in terms of speed and storage capacity.
PSU: As for the power supply of this build, we are using a Cooler Master MWE 550W V2. This is an 80+ Bronze-certified, non-modular PSU that is reliable and can easily do the job of supplying stable power to this gaming PC.
Case: Lastly, the case we are using is the Gamdias Talos E3 Mesh. It looks stylish, can accommodate up to five 120mm fans and a 360mm radiator, and also comes with three pre-installed ARGB fans.
So, the first PC configuration for today is a build featuring Intel’s 13th Generation Core i5 13400F processor, along with a GTX 1650 DDR6, and 16GB of DDR5 RAM. With such a configuration, gamers can not only play modern eSports titles like Valorant, DOTA 2, CS2, etc. with smooth frame rates, but they can even play modern AAA games smoothly, as long as you don’t mind playing them at low graphic settings that is.
The chart below will provide you with a fair idea of the type of frame rates that you will be getting on popular games using a gaming PC configuration like this.

Processor: The AMD Ryzen 5 7600X is right now one of the best mid-range processors out there. This Zen 4 processor features 6 cores, 12 threads, and a 5.3 GHz boost clock. Overall, for gaming, this processor is still one of the go-to picks for most mid-range and even a few high-end gaming PC builds.
Motherboard: MSI Pro A620M-E DDR5 motherboard is not only affordable, but also comes with MSI’s reliability, and all the necessary required features and specifications, making it perfect for such a build.
RAM: The Corsair Vengeance DDR5 16GB (16GB x 1) 5200MHz RAM kit will take care of the RAM in this gaming PC setup. For gaming, 16GB of DDR5 5200MHz is sufficient, and hence the reason for us going with it.
Graphics Card: In this budget, the GTX 1650 is an amazing option for the graphic card. It’s quite capable of playing modern games at 1080p, be it eSports games, or graphic-intensive AAA games. You just have to be a bit flexible with the visual settings, if you want 60+ average FPS.
Cooler: The Cooler Master Hyper 212 Spectrum V3 air cooler looks stylish, features RGB lighting, and offers excellent cooling as well. Overall, it handles the heat of the 7600X quite well, thus being the cooler of our choice in this PC build.
Storage: Western Digital Green 480GB SATA SSD is not only much faster than traditional HDDs but is also affordable enough to be featured in such a gaming PC build.
PSU: The Cooler Master MWE 550W V2 is an 80+ Bronze certified, non-modular PSU, and is perfect for this build as we don’t have any components that are too power-hungry.
Case: The Gamdias Talos E3 Mesh is a stylish and practical cabinet that can accommodate up to five 120mm fans and a 360mm radiator. Apart from that, it also features three pre-installed ARGB fans and has good airflow thanks to its mesh panel and fans.
Thanks to the AMD Ryzen 5 7600X, you will get an amazing gaming experience when you are playing competitive eSports titles like CS2, Valorant, DOTA 2, etc. This is because the processor is really powerful, and in such processor-intensive games, this configuration will really shine.
As for the graphic-intensive AAA games, you will be able to get an enjoyable and smooth experience in 1080p, as long as you are fine with playing with slightly low visual settings. The chart below will help you understand the type of gaming performance this configuration is capable of delivering.
Processor |
Intel Core i5 12400F Processor |

MSI Pro H610M-E DDR4 Motherboard |
RAM |
Adata XPG Gammix D30 DDR4 32GB (16GB x 2) 3200MHz |
Graphics Card |

CPU Cooler |
Stock Cooler |

Cooler Master MWE 550W V2 80+ Bronze Power Supply (550 W) |
Case |
Gamdias Talos E3 Mesh ARGB (ATX) TG Mid Tower Cabinet (Black) |
Processor: This time around, we are going with the slightly old Intel Core i5 12400F. Now, despite being a bit old, this processor is quite capable when it comes to gaming and is overall still a solid option for such mid-range gaming PC builds. Talking of specifications, with this you get 6 cores, 6 threads, and a 4.7GHz boost clock.
Motherboard: MSI Pro H610M-E DDR4 is a perfect motherboard for this build due to its affordability, and reliability. Not to mention, it has all the features that one would require.
RAM: Now, this time around, we are spending a bit more than the other two builds, but that allows us to have 32GB of RAM. We are going with the Adata XPG Gammix D30 DDR4 32GB (16GB x 2) 3200MHz RAM kit, and with this much RAM, you won’t have to worry about upgrading your memory any time soon.
Graphics Card: The Gigabyte RTX 3050 Windforce OC 8GB graphic card is absolutely fantastic for 1080p gaming. You can play modern graphic-intensive games at high settings easily with this without having any issues. Not to mention, it’s much better than the 1650 that we used in the previous two builds.
Cooler: For this build, we are using the stock Intel cooler. Unlike the other two PC builds, most of our budget went into the graphic card and 32GB memory to ensure the best gaming experience, so we are using the stock cooler here. But, the stock cooler is not bad by any means, for i5 12400F it’s sufficient.
Storage: For the storage option, we are using a single Western Digital Green 480GB SATA SSD just like the other two builds above.
PSU: Even though we are using an RTX 3050 here, it is very power efficient, and hence, we can comfortably use the Cooler Master MWE 550W V2 80+ Bronze PSU here as well.
Case: We got the Gamdias Talos E3 Mesh as the cabinet in this build. Good airflow, unique design, support for up to 360mm radiators, pre-installed RGB fans, and more features make it a great option.
Now, this last PC configuration is quite different when compared to the two above. Firstly, this features a much more powerful graphic card, secondly, it features an older 12th-generation Intel Core i5 12400F processor, and lastly, it features 32GB DDR4 RAM. But, if you are someone who enjoys playing graphic-intensive games, modern AAA games, and casual games, then this PC build will be better for you when compared to the other two above.
The reason is simple, thanks to the RTX 3050, the frame rates you would get in those games will be far more than the other two PC builds, but the downside is that you won’t have as smooth of an experience in eSports titles, since the processor is of last generation. But, it will still be quite smooth and enjoyable overall.
As for the frame rates, you can refer to the chart that we have added below.
