Processor and Graphic Card: When you have a budget of 30,000 INR, it's next to impossible to get both a capable processor and graphic card, hence, we opted for the AMD Ryzen 5 5600G. It’s one of the most trending APUs (Accelerated Processing Unit) from AMD right now.
It’s a 6-core processor that has a base and boost clock of 3.9GHz and 4.4GHz respectively, and it also supports multi-threading and thus has 12 threads.
As for the integrated GPU, the 5600G comes with the Vega 7 which is great for playing all the latest and trending eSports titles at lower resolutions and settings. And, for the price, we believe this is the best you can get.
RAM: Adata D30 16GB (8x2) 3200MHz is the RAM kit we recommend, and there are two reasons for it, firstly, affordability, and secondly, it’s 16 gigabytes of memory along with 3200MHz frequency. With these specifications and affordability, this is a no-brainer for a sub-30000 INR gaming PC.
Motherboard: A520 series motherboards are the most affordable ones that you can get for a modern AMD Ryzen processor. And, the Gigabyte A520M K V2 is one option that you can’t go wrong with. As for specifications, it has support for dual-channel memory with two RAM slots, support for PCIe Gen3 x4 M.2, PCIe NVME, and SATA. Apart from that, it has four USB 3.1 ports and 2 USB 2.0 ports. And, for display, you get an HDMI port and a D-sub port.
Overall, for budget-oriented AMD Ryzen PC builds, the Gigabyte A520M K V2 is a solid option, and hence we are going with it.
CPU Cooler: We are going with the stock cooler, and it’s Wraith Stealth in this case. The Ryzen 5 5600G is a very efficient processor and has decent performance. But, it’s not a monster and hence does not heat too much, or need too much power, and thus, the stock cooler is sufficient.
Thermal Paste: We are using the Cooler Master Master Gel Pro thermal paste for this build, and the best part is we are applying it for free.
PSU: Deepcool PF450 is the PSU we are going with because as we said before, the 5600G is a very efficient processor with a TDP of just 65W, and there is no dedicated graphic card in this build either. Hence, 450 watts is more than enough. And, the Deepcool PF450 is a solid recommendation when it comes to 450 watt power supply units.
Storage: For the storage options, we are going with a Western Digital Green 480GB SATA SSD. The reason for this is simple, SSDs are significantly faster and the exact variant we are using here, in particular, is also quite affordable.
Not to mention, Western Digital is a well-reputed brand, and 480GB storage is more than enough for most entry-level gamers out there.
Cabinet: Ant Esports ICE-120AG RGB is the cabinet that we are using for this build. It comes with a unique design thanks to the LED lights integrated on the edge of the front panel. Apart from looks, this cabinet also comes with one pre-installed rear fan and can support up to 240mm radiators, and up to a maximum of seven 120mm fans. Not to mention, it’s also very affordable.
So, it has all the elements that we want from a cabinet for an affordable gaming PC build and thus is perfect for this PC.
So, now that you are aware of the specifications and the reason for choosing those parts, how about some real numbers that gamers are interested in? Yes, I am talking about the FPS, or frames per second while playing popular games that you can get with this PC build.
In the chart below, you can find the games, and their respective Average FPS and 1% Low FPS. Also, do note that we have run all of these games at 1080p, and the visual settings are mentioned in the chart itself.
