Processor: The Intel Core i5 14500 is an amazing option when it comes to choosing a mid-range processor for a video editing PC build. As for specifications, this processor features 10 cores (6 P-Cores and 8 E-Cores), 20 threads, and a 5 GHz boost clock.
Motherboard: As for the motherboard, we are looking for something reliable and one that has all the necessary features. The MSI Pro H610M-E DDR5 motherboard is one which has both. As for specifications and features, this one comes with Core Boost (enhanced power design) which helps to get better and more stable performance, DDR5 memory support with speeds up to 5600MHz, PCIe Gen 5 support, reinforced PCIe slots, and more.
RAM: For the best experience in Premier Pro, our RAM kit needs to be not only large in terms of capacity but also needs to be fast. The Corsair Vengeance DDR5 32GB (16GB x 2) 5200MHz RAM kit is both of those.
Graphics Card: For the graphic card, we are going with the Gigabyte RTX 3050 Windforce OC 8GB. This is a great mid-range graphic card in general, and for a Adobe Premier Pro-centric PC build, we believe this is enough, given the budget we have.
CPU Cooler: Video editing in Adobe Premier Pro is quite CPU-intensive, and thus the processor does get heated up considerably. So, to make sure that the temperatures don’t get too high, we are using the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Spectrum V3 air cooler. Apart from great cooling performance, this cooler also has a stylish design, and customizable ARGB lighting making it even better.
Storage: We need a storage device that’s fast so our applications and software load up fast, and the files get imported quickly. We also need to ensure that it has ample of storage space. With the Western Digital Blue SN580 500GB M.2 NVMe Gen4, we don’t need to worry about any of that.
SMPS: Based on the components that we are using in this PC configuration, a good quality 550-watt PSU will be sufficient, and we are going with the Deepcool PK550D specifically. This PSU has ample wattage and also has 80+ Bronze certification that ensures good efficiency.
Case: Lastly, for the cabinet, we want something that makes our PC setup look good, and also has plenty of practical features. We are going with the Gamdias Athena E1 Elite for those reasons. As for specifications and features, this case comes with a uniquely designed mesh front panel, tempered glass side panel, and two pre-installed fans (one of which is an ARGB fan).
Not to mention, it has ample space for up to four 120mm fans, a 240mm radiator, and a 340mm long graphic card. Overall, the Gamdias Athena E1 Elite is a good practical, and affordable cabinet to consider
With powerful mid-range components like the i5 14500, 32GB of DDR5 RAM, and RTX 3050, this configuration is quite powerful, as long as you are sticking with moderate levels of video editing workload. Not to mention, if you have a budget of 75K INR or so, then this is as good as it gets when it comes to PC configuration that’s specifically made for video editing in Adobe Premier Pro.
So, if your budget is 75,000 INR or so and you are after a PC configuration that’s capable of doing a moderate amount of video editing and other productivity workloads in Adobe Premier Pro, then this is definitely one to consider.
