Processor: The processor that we are using in this build is the Intel Core i5 14600KF. This is one of the newest offerings from Intel, and thanks to its 14 cores (6 P-cores 8 E-cores), 20 threads, and 5.3GHz boost clock, it’s perfect for our gaming PC build.
Motherboard: Since we are not going to be doing any overclocking, we went with a B-series motherboard, specifically, the MSI Pro B760M-A WIFI DDR5. This motherboard supports up to 256GB RAM with speeds up to 6800MHz, USB 3.2 ports, fast wireless connectivity, optimized VRM and heatsink design, and all the other important features that one would require.
RAM: The Adata XPG Lancer RGB DDR5 32GB (16GB x 2) 5200MHz RAM kit will take care of our RAM requirements. 32GB of such high-speed memory is plenty for high-end gaming on PC, and thus, it’s a perfect fit here.
Graphics Card: MSI GeForce RTX 4070 Ventus 2X OC 12GB is the graphics card for our PC build. Just like any other RTX 4070 card out there, this too is amazing for gaming at 1440p or 2K QHD resolution, and can even play a good number of them in 4K, as long as you are flexible with the graphic settings.
CPU Cooler: The Cooler Master MasterLiquid 240L Core ARGB is an amazing cooler for mid-range processors. Since, the i5 14600KF is neither too power-hungry, nor does it heat excessively, this 240mm AIO liquid cooler is perfect for keeping the temperature in check.
Storage: To take care of the storage requirements, we have the Western Digital Blue SN580 1TB M.2 NVMe SSD. This storage is not only plenty large in size, but also fast enough to ensure a minimal and fast game loading time.
SMPS: The Cooler Master MWE 750 V2 is the power supply unit of choice for this gaming PC build. 750W is more than enough for this PC configuration, and the Cooler Master MWE 750 V2 is one of the most reliable options right now in its segment.
Case: Corsair is known for its high-quality and premium products. The Corsair 3000D Airflow is one such product and is an amazing cabinet in general. With this, you get three pre-installed ARGB fans, amazing airflow thanks to its specially designed front panel, an elegant and classy design, and also ample space to install up to 8 fans and a 240mm large radiator.
As said before, the RTX 4070 is an amazing graphic card for playing games in 1440p resolution. And, the combination of this card with the Intel Core i5 14600KF and 32GB of DDR5 5200MHz memory makes it a superb PC configuration for gaming.
Not only 1440p, you can even play various popular games in 4K resolution, but you might have to turn down the visual settings a bit then. As for 1440p and 1080p, this PC configuration is absolutely going to be fabulous.
Be it the processor-intensive eSports and competitive titles, or the graphic-intensive AAA releases, this configuration will be able to take care of them all. You can refer to the chart below to get an idea of the type of gaming experience you will get with a PC configuration like this.
