EH Athena Pre-Built Gaming PC ( Ryzen 3600 / MSI B450 Pro VDH / 16GB 3000MHZ / 1TB )
Brief Description of the PC
For this build, we will use the AMD Ryzen 5 3600 for the processor. This build is excellent for 1080p gaming. The Ryzen 5 3600 is overclockable and once overclocked provides better gaming performance. Ryzen processors benefit from a higher frequency RAM. So, this build performs well due to the high-speed 3000MHz RAM. This processor has 6 cores and 6 threads along with a boost clock of 4.2GHz. Manual overclock can allow you to reach even higher clocks. This allows for a great gaming experience with zero bottlenecks.
You can expect 60 FPS on highest settings in AAA titles. As for eSports titles, you can easily hit 144 FPS with this build.
In this build, however, we use the stock cooler and not an aftermarket one. The stock cooler is capable of cooling the Ryzen 5 3600 even with a mild overclock. The storage options are the same as the Intel build. 1TB HDD, 240GB SSD. This combination is just fine for most gaming builds.
A 550W PSU is used on this build. The Antec VP550 is just fine for this build. Great efficiency and comes at a good price as well. Finally, the case we use on this build is the Cooler Master K501L RGB Transparent side panel, good airflow, good aesthetics, overall a solid case, and a perfect choice for budget buils.
